Neil Kerwin
Neil is the current Broker / Owner of Kerwin’s Agency. For over 2 decades Neil has committed himself to the highest standards of personal service to his clients. That’s always been a guiding principle of Kerwin’s Agency. Also, as the Broker / Owner he’s committed to providing the very best experience for all those who he earns the privilege to represent.
Kevin Kerwin
Kevin became the second Broker / Owner of the Kerwin’s Real Estate Agency back in 1982. He developed his strong work ethic and learned to be creative thanks in part to his father, Aaron. Kevin stayed current with the many changes in the Real Estate industry, utilizing state of the art technology he helped grow the business into the new millennium.
Aaron Kerwin
Aaron attended the University of Marquette during the great depression, and later came back to Beloit working as a salesman for Wisconsin P&L and Warner Electric. Later, he sold life insurance for Franklin Life. In 1950, Aaron became interested in real estate, and started working as a salesman for Herman’s Agency. He later bought Herman’s Agency and founded Kerwin’s Agency.
